Mr. Petherbridge joined ShopCore in May of 2016 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Petherbridge has over 15 years of financial and global real estate and management experience.

Previously, Mr. Petherbridge was the Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer of DDR Corp., one of the largest owners of shopping centers in the United States. While at DDR, he served in various roles and was responsible for various capital raising activities, actively managing the balance sheet, maintaining strong lender relationships and executing various corporate level transactions. Prior to DDR, Mr. Petherbridge was the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of shopping center owner EDT Retail Trust (formerly Macquarie DDR Trust), a company which had been publicly traded on the Australian Stock Exchange and previously managed in a joint venture between DDR and Macquarie Group. Before that, Mr. Petherbridge served as Director of Transactions with Rubicon Asset Management. While in this role, Mr. Petherbridge worked on approximately $5 billion of transactions focusing on United States, European and Japanese real estate and real estate structured finance.

Mr. Petherbridge holds his bachelor of commerce from Macquarie University. He is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the ICSC Open Air Conference Committee and the ICSC Nexus Conference Committee.

David Dieterle

Mr. Dieterle joined ShopCore in August of 2016 as Executive Vice President of Leasing and Development. He has over 24 years of real estate and shopping center experience and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s leasing, development and redevelopment functions.

Previously, Mr. Dieterle served as Senior Vice President of Leasing for DDR Corp. At various stages during his tenure at DDR, Mr. Dieterle directed the leasing and redevelopment activities for the company's Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, and Western regions, comprising as much as 65 million square feet. In addition, Mr. Dieterle managed the leasing and merchandising for many of the company's development projects in California, Connecticut, Florida and North Carolina. Prior to joining DDR, Mr. Dieterle held the position of Vice President of Business Development for BAA USA, Inc., where he was responsible for the acquisition of airport retail development, leasing, and management contracts. He began his retail career at Kravco Company, where he participated in construction management activities for the expansion of The Court & Plaza at King of Prussia, one of the nation's largest and most prestigious shopping complexes.

Mr. Dieterle is a graduate of Ursinus College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Kevin Kessinger

Mr. Kessinger joined ShopCore in January of 2016. He has nearly 20 years of shopping center experience and oversees the company’s asset management, property management, marketing, and legal teams.

Previously, Mr. Kessinger consulted exclusively for one of the world’s largest private equity firms on a variety of retail, and joint venture projects. While consulting with the firm he worked directly with the firm, its counterparties, operating partners, and service providers on acquisitions, dispositions, and capital market transactions. In addition, he worked on leasing, development, and operating matters. Mr. Kessinger also served in a variety of capacities for DDR Corp., ultimately overseeing all management, operations, transactional activity of DDR's investment funds and joint ventures. He served on DDR's executive committee for ten years.

Mr. Kessinger is a graduate of The University of Akron and of The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).

Jim Nakagawa

Mr. Nakagawa joined ShopCore’s predecessor in 1994 and has over 22 years of shopping center experience.

Previously, Mr. Nakagawa served as Chief Financial Officer for several publicly traded companies, including, Excel Trust Corporation, Price Legacy Corporation, and Excel Legacy Corporation. Prior to those roles, Mr. Nakagawa was a manager at Coopers & Lybrand LLP.

Mr. Nakagawa received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from San Diego State University, where he currently serves on the Charles W. Lamden School of Accountancy Advisory Board. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA, the California Society of CPAs, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Linda Madway

Ms. Madway joined ShopCore in May of 2016. She has over 30 years of experience in corporate and real estate law, much of it focused on the retail industry.

Previously Ms. Madway served as General Counsel of RioCan America Management, LP, the U.S. subsidiary of Canada’s largest REIT. In that position, she oversaw all aspects of the company’s U.S. legal operations, including leasing, financing, and corporate transactions. Prior to that, Ms. Madway worked for a publicly traded retailer and specialized in real estate, corporate financings, and acquisitions and mergers. She began her career at the law firm of Saul Ewing LLP, where she was a member of the Real Estate Department and participated in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including development, purchasing and leasing of retail space.

Ms. Madway received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. cum laude from Villanova Law School, where she served as a case and comment editor of the law review and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Ms. Madway is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, where she has spoken at the annual Legal Conference. She is a former member and President of the Board of Directors of the Association of Corporate Counsel (Philadelphia chapter).

Mr. Christensen joined ShopCore in December of 2016 as Vice President of Asset Management. He has over 15 years of shopping center experience.

 Previously, Mr. Christensen served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at InvenTrust Properties where he was responsible for developing and executing portfolio and asset strategies for the company’s 20 million square feet, including oversight of asset management, property management, re/development and construction management teams. Prior to InvenTrust, Mr. Christensen served as Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Heitman where he was responsible for the leasing, property management, debt management, dispositions, redevelopments and joint venture relationships for a $2.6 billion retail portfolio.  

Mr. Christensen is a graduate of The University of Akron. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Brian Donley

Mr. Donley joined ShopCore in March of 2017 as Vice President of Development.  He has over 15 years of commercial real estate and shopping center development experience and is directly responsible for the company’s development and redevelopment projects.

Previously, Mr. Donley served as Director of Development for Federal Realty Investment Trust where he was responsible for several projects in Federal’s Northeast Region, including major re/developments in Baltimore, Boston and Chicago.  Prior to Federal Realty, Mr. Donley served as Senior Manager of Investments for Regency Centers where he developed several power and grocery anchored shopping centers. Prior to joining Regency Centers, he served as Director of Development for Opus East where he developed over three million square feet of big box warehouse facilities.

Mr. Donley is a graduate of Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers(ICSC).

Chris Dykstra

Mr. Dykstra joined ShopCore in April of 2017 as Vice President of Property Management. He has nearly 25 years of retail property management experience.

Prior to joining ShopCore, Mr. Dykstra served as Vice President of Property Management and Operations for InvenTrust Properties where he led construction and property management teams for the company’s 20 million square feet. Prior to InvenTrust, Mr. Dykstra served as Assistant Vice President of Property Management for DDR where he was responsible for the Western Region, comprised of 50 assets and more than 10 million square feet. Prior to that, Mr. Dykstra served as Property Manager for Regency Centers, where he was responsible for assets located throughout the Midwest.

Mr. Dykstra is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and holds a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation. He is also a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.

Linda Gartner

Ms. Gartner joined ShopCore’s predecessor in 2010. She has over 20 years of real estate accounting experience.

Previously, Ms. Gartner served as the Controller at Foursquare Properties, a developer and owner of real estate.  From March 1996 to November 2005, she served as Senior Assistant Controller at Pan Pacific Retail Properties, Inc.  Prior to joining Pan Pacific, Ms. Gartner was a Senior Accountant at Plaza Properties, a division of Trizec Hahn. She also served as an auditor with CPI Corp. and worked in public accounting. 

Ms. Gartner received a Bachelor of Science in Business, with an emphasis in accounting, from the University of Missouri – Columbia and is a Certified Public Accountant.

William Gervin

Mr. Gervin joined ShopCore’s predecessor in February of 2015 as Regional Director of Leasing. He has over 12 years of real estate and shopping center experience.

Mr. Gervin is responsible for overseeing leasing activities for the western region, consisting of over 5 million square feet in Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas, and Utah. Previously, Mr. Gervin served as Senior Leasing Representative for Terramar Retail Centers where he was responsible for leasing the company’s Southern California and Hawaii portfolio, totaling over 1.5 million square feet. Prior to joining Terramar Retail Centers, Mr. Gervin held the position of Vice President of Landlord Services for Roberts Commercial, where he was responsible for Leasing and managing the company’s in-house retail portfolio, as well as all third-party retail listings. He began his retail career in brokerage, spending time with both CBRE and Staubach Retail.

Mr. Gervin a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas, and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Peter Maggio

Mr. Maggio joined ShopCore in May of 2016 as Vice President of Leasing, Eastern Region. He has over 17 years of real estate experience on the landlord side with a primary focus on retail.

Mr. Maggio is responsible for the leasing of over 13 million square feet throughout the Northeast, South and Midwest. Previously, Mr. Maggio served as Assistant Vice President of Leasing at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, Canada's largest retail REIT, overseeing the leasing of its US retail portfolio from its inception. Prior to joining RioCan, Peter was Director of Retail Leasing & Development for a regional real estate development firm, where he focused his efforts on a variety of different suburban and urban retail formats.

Mr. Maggio holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Saint Joseph's University. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and serves on the board of Lambda Alpha International's regional chapter.

Mr. Puline joined ShopCore in October of 2016 as Vice President of National Accounts. He has over 15 years of real estate and shopping center experience. He is responsible for the strategic direction, coordination and execution of the ShopCore National Account Program.

Previously, Mr. Puline served as Senior Vice President of Leasing for DLC Management Corporation,. overseeing and leading the leasing and redevelopment teams in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions. During his tenure, he successfully redeveloped and re-tenanted dozens of value-creation retail projects by cultivating relationships and negotiating leases with various national tenants, including Walmart, Kroger, Publix, TJX Company, Ross, Lowe’s, LA Fitness, Dick’s Sporting Goods, The Fresh Market, and Planet Fitness. Prior to DLC, Mr. Puline was an Associate at Baldwin Brothers, Inc., where he was responsible for the leasing, acquisition, and development of Baldwin owned commercial properties throughout the United States.

Mr. Puline is a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University at University Park, with a degree in Real Estate, and a graduate of the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law. Mr. Puline is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) having previously served on the RECON Planning Committee from 2013-2016, as well as having earned the designation of Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS).

Ms. Rogers joined Shopcore in August of 2017. She has over 18 years of commercial real estate experience.   

Previously, Ms. Rogers served as Senior Director of Real Estate for Kimco Realty Corporation where she was responsible for leasing over 4.5 million square feet.  In addition, she developed and executed strategies for repositioning premier assets which included rebranding campaigns, public relation efforts and fostering community support for redevelopments. Prior to joining Kimco Realty, Ms. Rogers worked with First Washington Realty, Federal Realty and Charles E. Smith Companies.

Ms. Rogers is a graduate of American University and Harvard University's Program on Negotiation.  She is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Dagan Sutherland

Mr. Sutherland joined ShopCore’s predecessor in June of 2011.  He oversees external and internal reporting functions, and has over 10 years of real estate experience. 

Previously, Mr. Sutherland served as Vice President of External Reporting for ShopCore’s publicly-traded predecessor, Excel Trust Inc., and Director of Financial Reporting for another publicly-traded entity, BioMed Realty Trust, where he was responsible for all SEC filings, audit coordination, accounting for acquisitions and technical accounting.  Prior to those roles, Mr. Sutherland was an Audit Manager at KPMG, LLP.

Mr. Sutherland is a graduate of Brigham Young University, with a Masters of Science in Accounting.  He is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA and the California Society of CPAs.
