Sustainability is important to us for many reasons, including creating more efficient properties, conserving resources, and positively impacting the communities we serve. We have set ambitious, data-driven, short- and long-term targets to ensure we do our part to meet global greenhouse gas emissions goals. We recognize each property is unique and has its own set of solutions to advance sustainability, and we look to partner with our tenants to mutually achieve our sustainability goals.

SEED is our women-focused program designed to foster professional and personal growth through targeted events, enhanced relationships, strategic business development opportunities, and career direction. We strive to support, empower, engage, and develop our women employees at all levels.
CoreGiving
Globally, hunger is reaching historic levels. According to the USDA, 1 in 8 U.S. households with children experience food insecurity. At ShopCore, we feel it is unacceptable for any child to go hungry. We believe that when people are empowered to make a difference and care for others in need, entire communities are lifted.
