Downtown Palm Beach Gardens is located in the affluent Palm Beach Gardens community. The goal of the redevelopment is to elevate the tenant mix with boutique fashion offerings and fresh-to-market dining. The redevelopment will activate and open the inward-facing design giving additional visibility to tenants. Lastly, the redevelopment allows an opportunity to reconfigure leasable areas and monetize underutilized land with the addition of mixed-use components.

One Colorado is the premier shopping and dining hub in Old Town Pasadena. The redevelopment creates a fresh-to-market food district with high-quality dining concepts. Leases executed include Cha Redefine, Dirt Dog, 21 Choices, and Paper Rice Spring Rolls and Bowls. Additionally, we redeveloped the former Crate & Barrel/Gap building (Block 4) with desirable tenants including Aesop, Allbirds, Industrious, and Rothy’s.

Encino, CA
Encino Courtyard is well located with strong visibility on Ventura Blvd. with ~50K vehicles per day. The goal of this redevelopment was to redesign the center for a more efficient layout to attract in-demand retailers and restaurants. The new design incorporated active design elements in the courtyard, a refreshed façade, and upgraded common areas. Leases executed included Target, Planet Fitness, Shake Shack, The Kebab Shop, Crumbl Cookies, and European Wax Center.
