Mr. Stoeri joined ShopCore in April of 2022 as Vice President of Development, Eastern Region. He has over eight years of real estate experience on the landlord side with a primary focus on retail, along with over 17 years of construction experience.

Mr. Stoeri is responsible for Development throughout the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest. Previously, Mr. Stoeri served as Vice President of Construction at Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT), overseeing the construction of its entire portfolio, along with the redevelopment of their big-box tenants, and subdivisions for multifamily projects. Prior to joining PREIT, Mr. Stoeri was a Sr. Project Manager for IMC Construction where he focused his efforts on a variety of different construction projects.

Mr. Stoeri holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a minor in Mechanical Engineering from Temple University, and he is an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC).
