Ms. Zaski joined ShopCore in September 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Transactions Officer. She has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience with transactions and building up street-retail portfolios. Ms. Zaski will lead ShopCore’s transaction efforts – including acquisitions and dispositions – working in close partnership with the Blackstone acquisitions and asset management teams.

Previously, Ms. Zaski worked at Acadia Realty Trust as Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Acquisitions. Over her 11 years at Acadia, she was involved in the acquisition and disposition of millions of square feet of open-air retail. In this role, Ms. Zaski was responsible for managing the acquisitions team and setting and executing investment strategy for both the public REIT platform and the opportunity funds. Prior to Acadia, she worked in advertising and marketing, including roles at Merchandise Mart Properties, Inc and Starcom Worldwide.

Ms. Zaski holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Jessica is an active member of ICSC, ULI, and WX.
