Mr. Maggio joined ShopCore in May of 2016 and has over 25 years experience within the retail real estate industry where he has been involved in the leasing of several million square feet. In his role, Peter is responsible for leading the Leasing, Legal, National Accounts, Ancillary Income and Lease Operations departments at ShopCore.

Previously, Mr. Maggio oversaw U.S. Leasing for RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, Canada’s largest retail REIT. Prior to joining RioCan, Peter was Director of Retail Leasing & Development for a Northeast real estate development firm, where he focused his efforts on a variety of open air retail formats.

Mr. Maggio holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Saint Joseph’s University and is a long-time member of ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities).
