Mr. Maggio joined ShopCore in May of 2016 and has over 20 years experience within the retail real estate industry. In his role, Peter is responsible for leading the Leasing, National Accounts, Ancillary Income and Lease Administration teams at ShopCore.

Previously, Mr. Maggio served as Assistant Vice President of Leasing at RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, Canada’s largest retail REIT where he oversaw the leasing of its U.S. retail portfolio from its inception. Prior to joining RioCan, Peter was Director of Retail Leasing & Development for a regional real estate development firm, where he focused his efforts on a variety of different suburban and urban formats.

Mr. Maggio holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from Saint Joseph’s University and is an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC).
