Mr. Shah began providing legal support to ShopCore in August 2016 while directly at ShopCore and later via his position at our sister company, Revantage. With over sixteen years of experience, he has held increasingly complex roles in both law firms and in-house legal departments.

Mr. Shah’s career began as a commercial real estate lawyer at large law firms. Over time, he transitioned to roles involving general legal strategy and operations. Throughout his career, he has overseen billions of dollars in transactions related to acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.

In March 2024, Mr. Shah assumed the role of leading legal at ShopCore. In this capacity, he collaborates with the legal team to provide advice and support across all ShopCore leasing and other operations, ensuring the responsible implementation and execution of the company’s mission.

Mr. Shah holds a J.D. from Temple University School of Law and a B.S. in Economics, Marketing, and International Business from Drexel University.
