Mr. Cesario joined ShopCore in 2023 as Vice President of Asset Management. He has 13 years of commercial real estate investment experience.

Previously, Mr. Cesario served as a Senior Vice President of Investment Management at Madison Capital, an owner-operator that invests in value-add, mixed-use properties located in domestic gateway cities. At Madison Capital, Mr. Cesario was responsible for managing a $1.5B portfolio of retail and mixed-use investments owned through institutional joint ventures with top global asset managers. During his six years at Madison Capital, Mr. Cesario was responsible for executing transformational business plans and led teams that successfully repositioned several profitable investments. His direct responsibilities at Madison Capital included asset management, development, leasing, property management, financing, acquisition due diligence and dispositions for investments that he managed. In addition, Mr. Cesario served as a Senior Associate of Asset Management at Clarion Partners where he managed a $1.6B East Coast retail portfolio containing 3.2M square feet of institutional-quality, open-air retail centers. While at Clarion Partners, Mr. Cesario worked on acquisition due diligence for over +$1B of retail acquisitions and managed over $260M of dispositions. Mr. Cesario started his career at Ernst & Young in the Transaction Real Estate Group where he performed financial and buy-side due diligence for large commercial real estate transactions.

Mr. Cesario graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Finance and Real Estate minor.
