Ms. Fors joined ShopCore in 2021 as Director of Transactions, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in acquisitions, dispositions, and developments, with a primary focus on open-air shopping centers. In her role, she is responsible for overseeing ShopCore’s disposition activity.

Prior to joining ShopCore, Ms. Fors served as Vice President of Due Diligence at InvenTrust Properties, where she played a key role in managing $2.5 billion of acquisition and disposition activity from 2013 to 2021. Before her tenure at InvenTrust Properties, Ms. Fors worked at Regency Centers, where she specialized in underwriting and due diligence for acquisitions and developments in the Midwest. Prior to that, she held various positions at Cushman & Wakefield and Richard Ellis/HIGroup.

Ms. Fors holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and is an active member of ICSC.
