Jessica Anderson is the Vice President of the Financial Planning & Analysis (“FP&A”) team at ShopCore Properties and is responsible for the market research and portfolio analysis reporting for the ShopCore platform. She joined ShopCore in 2016 and, since joining, has been involved on both the FP&A and Asset Management sides of the business.

Previously, Mrs. Anderson worked at KPMG, a Big 4 public accounting firm, on the real estate valuation team providing real estate valuation services to clients in various industries, including office, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use assets. She also worked at JLL, a commercial brokerage firm, on the office / industrial research team.

Mrs. Anderson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pepperdine University.
