National retailers and local services join Brookhurst & Adams and Goldenwest & Warner
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIF. (February 22, 2023) — ShopCore Properties announced it has signed more than 63,000 square feet of new leases and renewals at its Brookhurst & Adams and GoldenWest & Warner retail centers in Huntington Beach in recent months.
“The last year has been exciting as we continue to bring together a broad array of outstanding tenants to serve the community,” said Mark Ross, Vice President of Leasing for Chicago-based ShopCore Properties. “From office space to wellness services to pet stores and coffee shops, companies are establishing and expanding presences at our centers.”
ShopCore has signed a groundbreaking lease with renowned eatery Shake Shack at its
132,000-square-foot Brookhurst & Adams shopping center located at 10114 Adams Avenue. Founded by esteemed restaurateur Danny Meyer, Shake Shack will debut its first-ever drive-thru location in Huntington Beach with an expanded outdoor terrace, in a unit totaling 3,500 square feet. In addition, the center recently celebrated the relocation of real estate agency First Team and the openings of salon Beauty Bungalows, skin care clinic Faye Dodge Esthetics, wellness services provider WeVitalize, healthy meal service LeanFeast, and Moonwood Coffee. Under construction are an expansion of Adams Pet Hospital and pet store Butter Paws, both opening in the second quarter of 2023, and Milano Nails, opening in the first quarter.
The community has a population of nearly 200,000 people within three miles of the property, resulting in significant foot traffic and demand for retailers.
Also anchored by Stater Bros. as well as Ross Dress for Less, GoldenWest & Warner is located at 7101 Warner Avenue, between two highly trafficked corridors and close to Interstate 405. Approximately 450,000 people live within five miles of the center.
Celebrated new openings include Starbucks, PRN Physical Therapy, Aulani Nail Spa, 100% Chiropractic, Upton Paw Resort & Spa, Exer Urgent Care, and Local Kitchens.
