ShopCore announces the appointment of a new Vice President of Marketing and Communications, Rocell (Rocky) Viniard. Rocky comes to ShopCore from Madison Marquette where she was Vice President of Marketing. She has over 30 years of experience running property-level and corporate marketing strategies for industry leading companies within commercial real estate.
As the head of marketing and communications at ShopCore, Ms. Viniard will be responsible for developing marketing strategy across the portfolio of assets and the ShopCore brand itself. During her tenure at Madison Marquette she oversaw marketing efforts for the portfolio, aided in leasing marketing efforts and business development. Prior to Madison Marquette, she was Director of Portfolio Marketing at Brookfield Properties, where she led a team responsible for field marketing, including national programs and experiences, as well as decor procurement for over 150 properties across the United States.
During her career, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) has recognized her efforts with awards in marketing excellence. Her work with numerous developers has resulted in creative marketing strategies and solutions that maximize the value of real estate assets for mixed-use developments, lifestyle/specialty centers, multi-use urban projects, and super regional shopping centers.
