In 2018, ShopCore Properties hosted its inaugural Bracket Battle Fundraiser, designed to benefit the San Diego Food Bank and its Backpack 4 Kids program. The goal was to raise $10,000, which would ultimately provide 50 children with weekend backpacks full of food for an entire school year.
With the help of many generous employees, industry peers, friends and family, we were able to raise over $33k for this impactful cause. As a result, over 150 children were secure in knowing that they would have plenty of food to eat every single weekend.
