(Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.) The highly anticipated New Orleans-inspired restaurant, Voodoo Bayou, sister restaurant to Jupiter favorite, Calaveras Cantina, will open to the public at Downtown Palm Beach Gardens on Wednesday, March 11th.

Voodoo Bayou’s nearly 8,000 square foot location will open where Cabo Flats once operated, near the south valet entrance, a prime location for Downtown Palm Beach Gardens customers. Other menu items include Cajun favorites such as shrimp Po’ Boys, fried green tomatoes, gumbo, chicken and waffles, jambalaya, shrimp and grits, and New Orleans style beignets. In addition to a signature cocktail and wine list, it will also feature an extensive bourbon and whiskey menu.
Voodoo Bayou is planning a Grand Opening Celebration for the public on April 18th, that will include live New Orleans style Jazz music, food and drink specials, as well as some exciting surprises.
