Sam Sims serves as Senior Vice President, Social Impact and Sustainability across EQ Office and ShopCore. She is responsible for shaping and leading the environmental and social impact platform across the company, and its assets, and key stakeholders.
Ms. Sims brings 20 years of experience building and leading global sustainability strategies, programs, and teams to enhance operations, create value, and drive change at scale across multifaceted organizations. Ms. Sims most recently served as Vice President, ESG at Warner Music Group, where she established the company’s first ESG platform and co-founded the industry’s first collective effort to confront climate change. Prior to joining Warner Music Group, she served in various roles to build the Corporate Responsibility function at PVH Corp. (parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger). In her final role as Vice President, Environmental Sustainability & Product Stewardship, Ms. Sims drove strategy and programs that jointly addressed environmental, human rights and social impact issues and were widely recognized by best-in-class ESG rankings. She began her career in professional and financial services organizations, including EY.
Ms. Sims earned a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Science from Boston University.
