Mark Ross
Senior Vice President, Leasing
Mark Ross is an accomplished real estate professional who joined Perform Properties in August 2025. With over 15 years of experience, he brings deep expertise in retail real estate and currently oversees Perform’s West Coast portfolio.
Before joining Perform Properties, Mr. Ross served as Vice President of Leasing at Northwood Retail, where he led leasing efforts across the company’s California holdings. Prior to that, he held the same title at ShopCore Properties, managing and leasing more than 2.5 million square feet across California and Arizona. Earlier in his career, Mr. Ross was a Leasing Director at DDR Corp. (now SITE Centers), where he played a key role in leasing and repositioning several transformational redevelopment projects within the company’s national portfolio.
Mr. Ross holds a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and an MBA from John Carroll University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC).
