Downtown Palm Beach Gardens is located in the affluent Palm Beach Gardens community. The goal of the (re)development is to elevate the tenant mix with boutique fashion offerings and fresh-to-market dining. The (re)development will activate and open the inward-facing design giving additional visibility to tenants. Lastly, the (re)development allows an opportunity to reconfigure GLA and monetize underutilized land with the addition of mixed-use components.
