Mr. Sheppard joined ShopCore Properties in May of 2017 as a Senior Director of Leasing. He has 20 years of experience in leasing and development.

Paul is responsible for leasing over 4.6 million square feet throughout Texas and Colorado. Previously, Mr. Sheppard has worked for several publicly-traded REITs such as Regency Centers, Brixmor Property Group & DDR Corp. (now Site Centers). His commercial real estate involvement encompasses the central & western portions of the country, and he has completed transactions in most of the major MSAs within this region.

Mr. Sheppard is a graduate of UCLA in Los Angeles. He served as ICSC’s Next Gen Chair for the Rocky Mountain Region from 2011 through 2013 and is an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC).
