Ms. Park joined ShopCore in September 2022 as Vice President of Accounting. She has over 15 years of combined real estate and public accounting experience.

Previously, Ms. Park served as Senior Vice President – Chief Accounting Officer for New Market Properties, the grocery-anchored retail segment of Preferred Apartment Communities, Inc. In that role, she internalized the accounting function, developed financial processes and SOX controls, and worked with the acquisition team on transactions and financing.

Prior to joining New Market, Ms. Park worked in the Audit and Assurance practice of Ernst & Young, LLP, where she planned and executed audit engagements, handled complex accounting issues, and served as an instructor for real estate and audit training sessions. During her tenure at Ernst & Young, Ms. Park served a diverse group of real estate clients, from private funds to public REITs.

Ms. Park holds her M.S. in Accountancy from Bentley University in Waltham, MA and her B.A. in Economics and English degree from Mount Holyoke College and is a Certified Public Accountant.
