Mr. Wood joined ShopCore Properties in July of 2019 as a Senior Director of Asset Management.  He has over 15 years of shopping center experience.

Previously, Mr. Wood was Vice President of Asset Management at Retail Properties of America (NYSE: RPAI) where he was responsible for the strategic direction and value enhancement of a 6.7 million square foot retail and mixed-use portfolio.  Prior to that, Mr. Wood served in transactions and asset management roles for Inland Real Estate Investment Corp and as a CMBS analyst with CWCapital.

Mr. Wood holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from The University of Dayton. He is an active member of Innovating Commerce Serving Communities (ICSC).
