Project Manager

Due to continued expansion, we have an immediate opening for an energetic, conscientious and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team and support the Director of Construction.

As the Project Manager, one is held accountable to, however not limited to, the following job functions: 

  • Establish budgets for Real Estate Department for prospective and current tenant deals
  • Coordinate with architect for preparation of lease outline drawings
  • Review work letters and lease language to protect Landlord's interest
  • Coordinate with consultants to ensure that lease terms of delivery are met
  • Work within a timeframe and budget
  • Review construction documents to maintain Landlord standards
  • Review sign shop drawings to maintain Landlord standards
  • Hold pre-construction meetings with General Contractors for Landlord scope of work
  • Monitor the progress of Landlord construction
  • Perform punch-list site walks at the end of Landlord construction projects
  • Track all projects and communicate progress to upper management
  • Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed



  • 3 to 5 years related experience in retail
  • Working knowledge of retail construction
  • Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self-motivated, self-directed and capable of working independently
  • Exceptional organizational skills and extremely detail oriented 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact with tenants and other departments/employees
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High degree of integrity 


  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent
